Just to say I have just had the arthrogram in my hip and all was fine!!!
Yippee!!!
A little wobble at the beginning but then no probs. No hint of fainting.
Also I chatted away to the doctor too, while he was doing it … about cricket! i.e. he is a big
fan too.
I did the Self-Hypno C.D. this morning – before I attended the hospital – and was very relaxed.
