Thank you for recommending Paul so highly.

I was so glad that I visited him and had two sessions of hypnotherapy whilst I was over from the States recently.

As you know we flew to France for a short break before going back home, and whilst I was there I actually went down into some dungeons!

Something I would never have even dreamed of doing before!

Also, we had to get on our plane, during a thunder storm when flying back to the States.

And I was not bothered at all! I just felt really relaxed about it.

Finally, I also watched a programme about the catacombs in Rome recently – and this was something in the past that I would never have been able to do.
